Announcements

Announcements are a great way to keep users informed of changes, maintenance and other information. These notices are displayed in multiple locations depending on the type of user, typically they are displayed in the location that is the most prominant for that user:

  • Guests / Login Page – Displayed on the login page before a user logs into the softwaer
  • Resellers – Announcements are displayed on the Reseller Dashboard
  • Customers with single media service – Media Service Overview
  • Customers with multiple media services – Displayed on services listing page

Announcements can be displayed with 4 different colour schemes based on Bootstrap Colour Scheme – Info, Success, Warning & Danger.

By default, announcements can be dismissed by the user after being read, unless configured otherwise by the Administrator.
