The Email Templates page provides you with various templates that will be sent out to your customers automatically. These can all be edited to your specification.
Account Newpassword
This email will be sent out to accounts when a new password has been set.
Account Resetpassword
This email will be sent out to accounts when a when a password reset has been requested.
Bitrate Abuse
This email will be sent out to accounts when they are going over their bitrate limit. You can change Bitrate Abuse actions on the Administration Services page.
Bitrate Suspension
This email will be sent out to accounts when their service has been suspended for going over their bitrate limit. You can change Bitrate Abuse actions on the Administration Services page.
Monthly Reports Download
This email will be sent out to accounts who have the Monthly Report setting enabled. It will include a compressed statistics file of that services statistics for the month.
Server Suspension
This email will be sent out to accounts when their service has been suspended.
Welcome Service
This email will be sent out to accounts when you select the option send them a service welcome email in their services configuration menu.
Welcome Useraccount
This email will be sent out to accounts when you create or update a customer account with the Send Welcome Email setting set to Yes.
How to Edit Templates
On the right of all of these templates there is a Edit Templates button for you to select. Once selected you will be brought to simple editor where you can customize the template as you please.
Make sure to SAVE CHANGES to save any edits you make to the template.
