Jingle playlists are typically used for Station announcements, program announcements or advertising. These playlists are highly configurable to play tracks from a playlist after every x songs play, every x minutes, or hourly on a specific minute. They can also be configured to interrupt existing content, or play between content.
General Tab
- Title determines the name of the Jingle Playlist for your own use for management and identification.
- Play Style designates how the Jingle will be played out. Whether it is played at a set number of tracks or minutes, or hourly.
- Shuffle set to Yes will play tracks in the playlist in a random shuffled order. If Loop is set to No, then the playlist will end once all tracks have been played once.
- Interrupt determines if the jingle should stop playing existing content and begin playing the jingle playlist at the exact scheduled time. This will only work if the playing content interrupt is set to No.
Schedule Tab
The Schedule tab allows users to quickly draw up base configurations for the next few months of jingles.
You can set the days fo the week for the jingle playlist to play on. Start and End Dates if relevant as well as the hours for the playlist to be active between.
