It is not possible to change the account currency after a purchase has already been completed.
If it is required by your organisation to be billed in a different currency then it is possible to close your existing account and create a new account in a different currency.
We recommend that you cancel your existing license, then purchase a new license while creating a new account in the preferred currency.
- Open My Account and navigate to My Licenses
- Click on your license
- Logout of your existing billing portal account

Can I transfer my perpetual or other licenses to a new account?
It is possible to transfer licenses to a new account with an administration service fee of $15 AUD. Please contact our sales department to complete this for you.
Can I transfer previous invoices to a new account?
It is not possible to transfer invoices between accounts.
