Customer accounts are designed with in a traditional user access approach by providing a single user login. This traditional approach ensures that a Customer only requires a single login to manage all of their media services.

Some competitor products use a non-traditional approach providing separate credentials for every media service. Typically the reason behind this is because this is how WHMCS billing provisions new accounts, however we decided that it is a better experience to provide a single user account. Our method also allows users to share media files between their services, so it is not necessary to upload the same files to multiple services.
