Administrator Accounts

Administrator accounts are designed to be able to manage all aspects of the panel including customers, services, announcements, reseller plans, configuration options and more.

An Administrator should be able to login to the panel and complete any of the tasks outlined in the Admin User Manual. 

If you lose access to your Administrator account you can reset the password with the following guide: Reset Admin Password
