System Email Configuration
The Email Configuration must be valid for this function to work. You can test email delivery from the Software Health page.
It is possible to send a HTML email to a Customer through the administrative Customers interface. By default emails are sent from the Email Address configured in System Configuration.
The “EMAIL THIS USER” button is presented at the top of the Customer Overview page.
The email Subject and Message can be entered within the form on this page. It is not possible to change the From or To address on this page.
