This documentation series follows the journey in understanding each area and component of the platform. 

As an Administrator of your very own private platform, you are provided an account labeled a Team Member, and will receive elevated access that allows you to perform various administrative functions such as managing Branding, Team Members, Customers, and Plans. Team Members are able to access and manage all customers and channels relating to your platform.
