Video on Demand is activated on the Default Plan that exists in your Cloud Video Platform, however if you have plans created prior to our launch of the feature then it may be disabled for your customers. Here’s how you can enable Video on Demand features for your Customers Plans.

- Navigate to Plans page
- Select the 3 dots next to a customer plan
- Click on Manage to view the plan details
- Ensure the “Video Ondemand” option has a check besides it
- Click “Save”
