Streaming to Your Service

On Live and TV service you will find a Live stream to service section that provides connection information to connect your encoder to your service.

Live Stream to Service​

Server URL provides the RTMP connection URL.

Stream Key field provides the key to authenticate your stream and allow your encoder to connect.

We recommend using Open Broadcaster Studio or Wirecast as encoders, we have guides available in the Video Broadcaster Guide for Connecting Your Encoder

As noted in the section, it is important that the video broadcast is consistent in its audio and video format. Inconsistency in format may cause problems with the service such as disconnecting, trouble switching between playlist and live, or a short disconnect between content. Smooth Streaming and Content Transition

The stream key can be changed to a specific password by updating the Live Broadcast & FTP Password field in Configure.
