MediaCP offers a robust GeoIP Country Locking feature that allows the broadcaster to restrict streaming based on listener location. GeoIP Country Locking is supported on Shoutcast 2, Shoutcast 198, Icecast 2, and Icecast 2 KH. GeoIP Country Locking was overhauled in MediaCP 2.5 and has continued to be improved and refined.
Configure GeoIP Country Locking on Reseller Plan
The feature can be enabled or disabled on each reseller plan, empowering your resellers to on sell this feature to their customers.
Enable GeoIP Country Locking Feature on Media service
Administrators can enable GeoIP Country Locking on services which allows customers access to the feature, without immediately enabling the function.
Configure GeoIP Country Locking feature
