I forgot to pay my invoice and my license is suspended. Why is there no grace period?

All subscriptions include a 2 day grace period should payment not be received. We understand that it may be frustrating that there is only a short grace period however invoices are generated well in advance with several email notifications. It is expected that all invoices be completed by the due date.

Extensions to the payment date can be requested by contacting our Billing & Accounts department.
