MediaCP uses a digital metric of units when referring to data size. In this case 1 (GB) Gigabyte is equal to 1,000 (MB) Megabytes.
This is in line of the current standard of measurement however this may cause confusion as historically for a long time 1 Megabyte was commonly referred to as 1024 KB. Today all major standards consider that 1 Kibibyte (KiB) = 1024 bytes, and 1 Kilobyte (KB) = 1000 bytes. You can see how Google interprets these units at https://www.google.com/search?q=1+GB+to+MB
