We will never double bill you or continue to bill you once your license has been cancelled. We are most likely receiving that extra payment from you due to an automatic PayPal subscription. We recommend that you log into your PayPal account and cancel all subscriptions associated with the license in question. This will prevent any further payments being authorized to us. Then contact us for review and a refund if available.
Here are the steps to cancel the PayPal Subscription:
1. Login to your account at PayPal.com
2. Click "Login" at the top of the page and log in to your account
3. Access your settings by clicking the wheel at the top next to "Log Out" in the upper right corner
4. Click "Payments"
5. Click "Manage Automatic Payments"
6. Select the subscription you would like to cancel from the list on the left side of the page
7. Select "Cancel" at the top of the subscription information
8. Confirm the cancellation by selecting "Cancel Automatic Payments"
When your next invoice is due next month, create a new subscription to pay that invoice that should then be set up correctly. If you choose to swap to credit card payment you will never get double billed whereas with PayPal these issues can crop up.
